Wait, didn't the movie make Frodo leave the Shire when he was just 33?
That would be 20 years earlier than what the book said.
If we reset the whole timeline to 20 years earlier, then Aragorn would be about 66 when he was at Helm's Deep.
There was a span of approximately 60 years from BOFA till LoTR, base on Bilbo's age.
So, if we say that Aragorn was 66 in the movie at Helm's, then he would be 5-10 when Legolas sets out for him.
So, the question is, do we reset ages of characters because of Frodo's age and the fact that that also made events happen earlier, or do we leave their age alone?
