Can't connect to the server?

Hey, guys. So I tried joining the server, but it comes up with this error whenever I try joining. Can somebody please help?

its probably because the servers down people have been having problems lately connecting to siege for some reason. lms/ls have been acting weird to.

Server ip. Is mc.empire war.org
Make sure you have strong WiFi also

Seriously though, check your using the right IP and that you're on the correct version of MC.
