Can't get on the server ''ALL IPS ALREADY USED!''

I'm a donator on the server but can't get on it.
I tried all the ip's old ones new ones but still doesn't work
Need a little help here!

If you know a way to solve this problem, pls answer!

And ofc try restarting mc.
