why i should be unbanned: its been like almost 6 months since my initial ban and i feel like a ban duration should at least be decided. If not unbanned.

A ban duration has been decided, and it's permanent. Permanent doesn't mean "we haven't decided", nor does it mean "we'll keep him banned for 6 months then give up". It means permanent.
