banned for: i feel like tobberz has something against me, everyone is allowed to post whatever they want in chat but as soon as i do anything he just gives me shit.

why unmut: i feel like this was an over reaction by tobberz, i realize you probably feel like your judgement is the best considering you are mod and stuff like that but i feel this was a bit hypocritical. you also ignored my messages asking for forgiveness which i see as sort of immature. I dont want there to be any bad blood between us tob so i will respect your decision. BUT. I would like to be unmuted now considering i have been for like 2 weeks now.
 
alright boys i've got some news to add to the story, very soon after - literally minutes after posting this - tobberz unmutes me on the server. so i post some fresh content i've been storing for the past two weeks. I am very careful as to not anger tobberz so i decide to post them in the 18+ anime section as to not offend anyone. Then, like 1-2ish hours later im looking for the discord server and bam. BANNED. honestly wtf have i ever done to you tobberz. you've got this personal vendetta against me and tbh im sick of it. i've seen people post way worse things in anime 18+ and they never get prosecuted for it. if theres anything ive done towards you personally tobberz im sorry for it and i hope you can forgive me.

As Fox said, I muted you, then Freek banned you minutes after you were unmuted. Despite this, I will answer the appeal after talking to Freek.

a) You were muted on the 29th and unmuted on the 4th. Unless my maths is severely deficient, that's not two weeks.

b) No, people aren't able to post whatever they want. I ban and mute people for that - as does the rest of the staff team. This is especially the case with nudity or depictions of nudity. And yes, text art counts. Unfortunately, you're not special in any respect other than that you are a pain and an annoyance. But an unremarkable one.

c) You posted the picture which got you banned (in part) in the #anime channel. It wasn't anime, and it did not follow the rules of the channel or the Discord. It takes a lot of effort *not* to see your mistake. And yes, you posted a nude picture of Thanos himself minutes after I told you to use common sense, and minutes after being unmuted. You either wanted to be banned, or are mindbogglingly slow-witted. No one posts nude stuff in anime, and if they do... they get punished.

I have no personal vendetta against you, I have a personal vendetta against idiot rule breakers, and especially the likes of you who clearly get a thrill from doing this sort of stuff, then posting appeals which are obviously meant to provoke and which fail to follow the guidance set out. Even the least clever of rule breakers would know it's probably not best to insult staff members when asking for their forgiveness ;)

Taking into account all of this, and the fact this is not your first Discord ban, your appeal is denied, and you will remain permanently banned.
