EULA Update

Conwy purposely has downgraded their server (EVEN BEFORE THE EULA) To save money. When you complain about lag to a staff they say its your computer even though its not. Optifine only helps against the servers horrible connection a tiny bit ITS THAT BAD. This is like a 5 year old with a 5 dollar a month server bad.

Conwy Average Ping: 524
EW Average Ping: 86
Mineplex Average Ping: 56

YES CONWY ITS "MY SHIT COMPUTER"

With Optifine:

Conwy Average Ping: 300-400 (still bad)
EW Average Ping: 34
Mineplex Average Ping: 26

I get around 50 ping on Cowny, same counts for EW.
 
Conwy's main goal is to get money.
When I talked to the owner about a partnership, he told me that wouldn't earn him money so he didn't want it.
He said he will never adapt to the EULA because he can't earn money then.

It's pretty obvious that if Mojang cuts down the money supply, he'll quit Minecraft seeing that he cares most about money.

But now with a youtuber who likes the server, our players are up, donations are up and we have a bunch of maps they don't have. We also have new dutch player-base to offer. Now he COULD make money with a partnership.

The server may be good, the owner is a prick who only cares about money.
I'm glad they decided to keep breaking the EULA, can't wait for Mojang to finally get rid of them.
 
Its a good server with a nice community.
I don't see the owner often so I don't really care about that.

I don't think its neccesary to report them to mojang...

They copied our stuff and maps, we reported them for breaking EULA.
They have massively OP stuff that make people think we don't want to give much stuff for donors, while it's only because they break rules. They break rules, they get reported.
Easy as that.

Plus, if Conwy goes down the players will search a proper Siege server. (= us)
 
Their donor classes aren't really what I call op....
Every non donating noob can kill them :confused:

Don't they exist already for three years while we started +- a year ago?
I like both servers and I want both to stay online.

Their donator classes are at least 5x as OP as ours.
They're also about 5x as expensive.
Their haldbedier is almost impossible to be killed by non-donators, it's basically an armoured troll with diamond chestplate and iron axe.
 
Talking about trolls and their speed, we should allow them to jump again. It would fix their speed problem at the moment.

Please do NOTE that it is essentially a tankier, more damaging Armored troll, They made it so you cannot sprint, you should do that too, but in place of the natural regeneration, They gave regeneration 1, So its 10x slower, but more powerful, I think we'd all be good with Giving troll resist 2 instead of 3 and giving it regeneration 1 and making it not sprint jump. AND DON"T GET ME STARTED ON THE CROSSBOWMEN, I have that kit, and I can cross-map snipe like that. Like I could shoot through a half-slab, 200 blocks away. If we had their version of Crossbowmen, Which we do. But our version is less OP.
Also, LITERALLY EVERY NOOB, WHO GETS THEIR BESERKER CLASS, INSTANTLY BECOMES POPULAR, AND GETS INSANE KILLSTREAKS, ITS LIKE A 2 SHOT ON ARCHERS.

Also, Please do not ban me for this, but its not the worst server I've been on.. Decent community IMO, but it lacks RP which I so very much love.
 
Hailberder is so OP. It is like having a huge tank in a battle with just light infantry. There are only 3 NON DONATOR classes, but 10 donor ones. That server no offense kinda sucks, with the non donor classes the same on EVERY MAP. Once I was a "dwarf" but I fought with a sword. WTF?

Dude, you are exaggerating about the beserker class. It sucks balls. Sure, it might two-hit archers, but normal swordsman there also two-hit that class..
