Firework after tutorial

I already reported this bug once but it was probably unnoticed since there were a couple of other bugs in the same thread.

After completing Tutorial, I don't get my firework back unless I relog or the map switches.

On top of this, if you join a team (not in tutorial) with a firework in main hand you keep the experience bar until you die. It's a minor bug that doen't affect game play from what I know but I thought I would just put it out there.

Solved both issues
