Okay so first of all you should really read the forum rules:

There you'll notice rule 9 which specifically states to remain ENGLISH at all times.
Second of all, please, when you report someone, use the correct formatting.

When you post evidence please make sure it's actual evidence, on reports of hackers screenshots almost never count as proper evidence because we can't tell what happens exactly. Also someone saying he hacks is NOT evidence.
And to finally go in on the actual report. Jitterclicking is not hacking, it's tensing muscels in your arm/hand so you can click very fast. As it's not hacking we cannot ban players for jitterclicking.
