Unless this was intended, there is a small hole above the tomb in Osgiliath that if you hide in, you cannot be seen unless someone actually goes and checks up there (when shifting). It is in the capturing range of the flag there. I'll leave it to you staff yo decide whether it should be removed or not. You can't get trapped in this hole.
