On our server, Admin is basically co-owner (as Ajroets stated)
Some moderators, like Only_God, have pretty much all permissions, but since they're not actually co-owning the server, they don't have the admin tag. You can't get Admin, you can however, if you're a good help, mature and lucky, become a pre-moderator when we pick those. After becoming a premoderator you can slowly work your way up to moderator.
