i got ban for ban evasion

i got ban for this but i dont know why,
my ban periode has ended and i in the periode where i was banned i dident try to join the server, so why am i banned?

This is my fault Giel, I IP banned you for repeated Ban Evasion since nobody had noted that you ever appealed and got unbanned in the past. Sorry for the trouble, Will get this sorted out!
