I had legend but it was removed after the game came back up??

No one has their ranks from old EW.
Think of this as a completely new server, that happens to have the same people on it, and the same owner.
 
EmpireWar has restarted (it is now called EW v2.0). 2.0 means that the server just restarted from 0 so basically no one now has the same ranks and stats as they did on EW 1.0. However I encourage you to donate again =D
 
First of, that way of sharing a file does not work.

And secondly, like others have stated above, the ranks from the first EmpireWar server didn't transfer to this one.

So the answer is no, much like the rest of us, you're not getting a rank back. However, feel free to donate again :)
