Are you on 1.8/1.7.10? Change versions if you aren't. Also join that IP up there also.

Guys if you have the problem saying "Can't resolve hostname", you should get your DNS fixed.
That can be done with information found on this page: https://support.opendns.com/forums/21618384
Just click the link with ur windows version or mac version in it, and it should bring up a guide showing u how to fix ur DNS in such a way you can connect to servers with IPS like this one.
