Im gonna write a story trilogy, tell me which i should do

so i am going to write a story trilogy, which means maybe like once every week or two, i am going to add on to this dudes story. I don't know who it should be about though, so i need some help.
should it be about....

The adventures of a mercenary


The adventures of an assasin

The adventures of a battle commander

OR

should i do one story trilogy after the other, and make them intertwine into one major storyline??
