Unless they have gone pro.BTW based on what akam said he has a very balanced workout. In the 5 hours he works out barely any of that is simply running. Most of it is endurance drills, agility drills, weight lifting., Speed drills, etc
 
Didn't know you could get a six-pack from running.. Sure, a flat stomach.. But a six-pack xD?
You guys are so stupid. You do something called core. It builds up your abs and makes them rock hard. Also, having abs IS A HUGE PART OF RUNNING. Not having a six pack can make you WEAK.

Also, I was refering to the part where you said you got abs by running twice a day.

Cookie, let me link you what core is. I doubt you could do half of those over a minute. Why don't you do some research first before you start throwing out crap. http://www.active.com/running/articles/13-essential-core-exercises-for-runners

I feel as though I shouldn't have to say this to any of you, seeing as we're all "mature" here, but here it goes. It's okay to be secure and even proud of your body! But you know what's not okay? Going around and insulting people's weight! That falls under the category of bullying. I've noticed that most, if not ALL of the people here have been complaining about the community lately, and then you just turn around and make it into an even more toxic environment with your harsh comments. Maybe instead of being a hypocrite, you could actually become a part of the solution.
