So before I'll write down the entire concept I decided to just write down the main points of it and later if I'll see it's worth it I'll add a poll and stuff.

*There is a problem with the kit balance, point classes sucks.
*You cannot buff point classes because it will turn them into OP classes that only veterans can use (bad for new players).
*You can get most of the experience in short time unless you buy donor classes (point classes don't add much to the game play experience).

Here is my suggestion:
Add new point system.
The new points will be called coins and unlike normal points they can be earned only by completing the objectives (if you are an attacker by capping flags and if you are a defender you earn them when time pass or by recapping).
All the classes but 3 basic classes (shield man, archer and soldier) will cost coins to use.
The better the class is, the more it will cost. This mechanic will basically let everyone start the game equally but the more skilled you are, the better classes you can use.
You can transfer points into coins and you will still have to buy point classes to use them.

Few possible changes:
1. You can "upgrade" classes with points so they will cost less coins
2. Donors start with more coins.
3. Coins will be able to buy 1 life upgrade for a class (1 extra ladder, restock to Max of 8 porks).
4. New vote option to start each game with coins.

((Side note, I have been told that this mechanic is similar to star wars battle front's mechanic so you can check it out))

I think its brilliant but yes its 100% copied from battlefront 2, however I think its what we need

battlefront 2 (NOT EA) used one like it to. whoever had the highest score got to be the hero class.
but yea I agree we need something like this, but maybe not this sytem (the MVP gets to play gandalf or gandalf like characters in the next round was a good one, and is another option)

Bad idea, I can just go cons and win with the score of 500 repairs

well, that is a problem of the score system not representing your contribution correctly compared to other classes, not the system I proposed that has been suggested by many people over the years.
