KaiserKraft - Killaura/possible auto clicker

Secondly, I banned KaiserKraft about three weeks ago for hacking. I then also banned his alt - i.e: He should still be banned for a) hacking and b) ban evasion, as I always perm-ban until appeal.
No appeal has been made, and yet he is playing again. I've talked to the Staff Chat, but little has come of that.
As such, KaiserKraft is once again (or otherwise) permanently banned until appeal.
p.s: I didn't even take into account this video when making this verdict. If you can record sound, it'd be *great*.
