The Orc Chieftan kit on Moria Gold doesn't have any armour on its stand. (From Cheaty Chieftan. This hasn't been fixed.) It is somewhat hidden on the free classes as it has no armour on it's stand and is in between a wall.
A couple of the classes on the orc side of Cove don't have the orc head on the armour stand.
