The Uruk Constructor on the stand has the wrong axe on Helm's Deep.

The Gondorian archer on Osgiliath (or was it Cove?) has a stone sword on the stand while the regular archer is wooden.

I will have a look around sometime, but I can't atm. My memory fails a lot. If you have already checked Osgiliath and Cove, my next guesses are the Moria maps.

I do think it's in cove or another spawn that made out of stone bricks
