Have some sort of leaderboard so people can more easily see how good they are in perspective with the best.
Like you have in some other server you could do a monthly leaderboard and a all time leader board with alot of different thing like:
- Total kills
- Total deaths
- Time spend capping the flag
- Games won
- etc...
