Let Constructors Place Blocks in Edoras

Who on the server wishes that the constructor kits on Edoras aren't useless for anything except repairing gates?
Who wants constructors to be allowed to place blocks? Why isn't this already implemented? Well because when a map resets it needs to delete the constructor wood... and because Edoras already has wood in it, it would destroy parts of the map. But if the map used the /clone command or coded something to a similar effect, then the reset can just use backup copy to reset map completely. I know that this can cause lag to the server, but the reset causes lag already, so as long as it doesn't make anyone crash, it should be fine. Some people might think it impossible to code but I have already done a small scale test and made it to where I only needed 1 command block to reset an 11*11*6 rectangular prism. If it is possible to do with a command block, I am sure that it can be done with server code. But if this doesn't work, use of a feature added in 1.9 that allows you to texture things based on metadata with texture packs could work. If that's too complicated, just retexture jungle logs or planks or some wood block that isn't used in the map...
In the Poll below say whether or not you think that the Constructor kit on Edoras needs to be given better use...
 
Not sure if the problem really is in coding but let's leave that to the staff. Steal (admin) anyways said that probably soon the constructors will be able to place blocks
 
It's not because edoras already has wood. In fact, the map already clears wood at the end of the game.
It's a bug and it should be fixed, and I know why it's not working, so I might fix it later or let steal do it.
