2. Jump into the water pool at the main gate.
3. Die from Troll Rock
4. Repeat

At the main gate theres a pool of water just to the left side of the statue. Commanders always have to spawn in the tree area so this just makes them getting to the first part easier.

Money as in points, comes from the kills you get when you bring a slightly stronger class to pvp where it normally doesn't.
