You can put out the fires in the little pits by placing blocks in them.
There is a missing obsidian block at the mid morgul gate as well as a stone block (unless intentional).
Edit: Also Morgul Uruk's kit stand needs to be updated to its new armour and weapons. I haven't included a picture of it.
