Well, this looked really much like forcefiled to spbecause in the vid when witrus died yiu saw that extremely fast rotation to a new spawned gondor soldier.
 
He's not spawnkilling..
YOU got a chance to attack him before you died.

It's only spawnkilling if he just stands at your spawn block and keeps hitting people who just spawn, not when he gives people time to run/fight, because how else will he defend himself if you attack him first...
