So, I think everyone can agree that while the current staff are great, they are not very active, and more staff would be beneficial for everyone (except hackers :P). The main criteria for new staff should be:

How Active?
Staff members should be as active as possible, since one hacker/spammer can ruin the whole game for everyone.

Staff members should also preferably have been on the server for a long time, and be able to recognizing players using hacked clients. Tell me what you think about this!

Staff already agreed on that. There was no need for him to make a thread. But yes, I also agree.

Cookie already knows and thinks that we need more staff, and the public can't really decide what the mods do, so this this thread is sorta useless :/ We all know though that we need more staff, its good that we brought attention to le tibbles :)
 
It's up for the staff to decide who is worthy of it, not the community. This has been said a lot of times. Also, suggesting yourself, which is pretty much like asking, for mod will actually lower your chances of getting it (I believe this rule still applies).
 
*Locked* This is pointless.....we already know that new staff could be considered, and yes, asking for mod or nominating yourself lowers your chances considerably.
