There were less than 6 people online, I assume?
MVP isn't given when there's less than 6 online, since that would make it too easy to farm.

Online in general.
Looked more into it and it appears it was caused by the enemy team not having an MVP. This rarely happens, but when it does, it uses a safeguard and doesn't award any MVPs.

This means the system worked as intended, so it's not a bug.
