It was said on this topic that the name changes will start at february the fourth. Though I'd rather wait first couple of months as there's a chance that they may fuck up something and then everything will go to hell.

Note for Empire War
Changing name will make you lose donator rank, stats, classes, etc.
Changing name won't get you unbanned/unwhitelisted.

I don't like that they allow name changing, and don't expect to ever be able to change name without losing stuff on our server.
