Nazgul Pickup loop hole

Here you can see four snap shots of being picked up by a nazgul from inside a building.

I want to know if this is allowed, they them selves were not within the building but in reaching distance.
However i feel, i was clearly within the building so asking for the nuzgul rules to by made clear

Can a target be picked up within the 3x3 opening even if the nazgul is not?
 
I figured Nazguls were allowed to grab players if they're in grabbing distance, and that the Nazgul isn't actually entering the building.
 
Fellbeasts has long necks... and the rules say "Dont FLY THRU ENTRENCES smaller than 3x3, so in my point of view, its allowed
 
If nazgul cant grab people who are inside buildings who else is there to take out the archers in the tower of 3rd floor on minas tirith?

so nazgul claws can reach 3-4 meters far, omg thats fat O_O[/quote]

They grab them with their mouth, not claws :P

They grab them with both their mouth and claws, sometimes at the same time.

You don't, you have lovely team mate that do it ;) i didn't get 110 kill-streak by grabbing players from buildings,

I make this point as:
  • It's makes sense that if you can't going into a building, why then should you be able to attack someone within it.
  • I have never seen this before till a couple months ago, I guess it was assumed you couldn't/shouldn't (great real life example, apparently you could drink alcohol on the London tubes, then the mayor introduced a law to prohibit it; everyone was like "we could drink on the tube O_o " )

I'll respect what ever the outcome is.

If Nazgul couldn't grab people out of buildings (without going inside of course), then an archer could camp in the doorway of any building and shoot out, and the Nazgul would not be allowed to touch them. Many areas would become OP camping spots for archers, especially the tower next to the flag on 3rd. I, for one, have always known you could do this, even well before I got Nazgul.

I find it does make some sense too for them to reach a little into buildings. The fell beasts don't have really short legs, so they would easily be able to grab people standing in doorways or windows, and possible a little bit further than that, which is basically what you can do already.
 
NazGûl aren't allowed to move inside houses.
NazGûl are allowed to stay outside and grab people in grab range from outside.
