Jokes aside archers ruin moria there is no doubt about that its not so much on the dwarf side since they have their guardian class. Few solutions

-Goblin Anti Arrow Class
-Limited Arrows
-More Flank Routes

Personally I think an anti arrow class would be the best choice.
