New Players Don't Show Up on Tablist

Title says it all - I have noticed this for at least a few months.

When this particular new player joined a team, they appeared in tablist as normal.

If it's of any help, while DurrikTheBurrik was not in tablist the tabcomplete on /stats did not return his name; after he joined a team, his name was tabcompleted successfully.

That's because the new player instandly spawns in the tutorial and that means the player is in vanish mode, when the player completes the tutorial it leaves vanish mode.
