After the first restock on echests or cauldrons all subsequent restocks can be done immediately with no cooldown. Tested this with soldier, archer and spearman on Helm's Deep (can work on multiple maps) leading to immediate restock of their respective replenishable items.
Was also able to restock immediately on decorational cauldrons with spearman as defender and attacker on Eastern Osgiliath Dome and Dome defender spawn.
