If you die after the dome is captured but before the boats have arrived, you can spawn at the docks as an orc. I've also seen that a lot of Gondorians choose to spawn on other points when they arrive at the docks because they don't know where the docks are, so it might be best to restrict all other flags or to just teleport them straight to the docks.

Teleporting them wouldnt work as there is a spawn delay for the gondorians after the boats were comming for their time to travel there "The Boats Havent Arrived Yet"

We can't restrict other flags as we need gondorians to defend those when orcs slip through.
I fixed orcs being able to spawn on boats early.
