Implemented Point boosters

In the past we had the possibility to buy point boosters as a donation. in V1 I used to do this a lot because I enjoyed sharing a booster with the other people on the server. Since I have all the donor classes that I personnaly want and am still willing to donate to this server, I was wondering if it's possible to readd these.

Seems dank to me, I'll look into it. Tim was against it because it made points easier to get, but I have no issue with it tbh.

As of v3, this is now implemented. You can get a booster using the GUI in /boosters by purchasing using gold. You can adjust the multiplier and time, and the cost will be calculated based off these variables.
