Lost my Rank.
Was Veteran. Was a name change (Purplemango999------> ThePurpleMango)
Also lost my 20K-40K points and my 1.6 KD is now NaN. Please help.

You will not get you points back. All your stats, apart from your rank are gone. If you want them back, you will have to change your name back.

You van het your rank back, but your stats will be lost, that's one of the downsides to namechanging.

The lost rank thread was for if you lost your rank for an unknown reason Tim could restore it. There is actually a name change section that can be found here.
