What's the reason of adding haste? Ruining hit register? It's very cancerous.

Try playing on another 1,11 server that doesn't have cooldown and feel the difference.

Haste doesn't affect PVP at all, this is a common misconception.
I don't know what happened to you, I remember you as a proper player, but now this.
