I really do miss the good old EW roleplay.

It was so good and just.. AMAZING. But some non-roleplayers made it get closed =(
I've been thinking about this for a while to take the non-roleplayers out of it and
everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

To fix the non-rp thing this is what I was thinking:

If someone write their rp name then their IGN name in brackets that will be a kick for 1 hour. If they keep it on temp-banned for 1 day. if about 4 times, Banned
Etc. Johnathon Smith (jackslayer133)

People can write in brackets but it has to be like this (( This will be the message ))
If they forget the brackets but add at least one on any side, it's acceptable.

If you have a bad way of war reasons like: He killed me! (has to be accident) or that's mine give it back or one of the worst I was gonna take that block!


There are many more thing to say but if they do do bad things (hehe do do) for anyone of these reasons or the ones that I havn't wrote, the order will be like this:

1st warning= 1 hour ban

2nd warning= 2 hour ban

3rd warning= A day ban

4th warning= 3 days ban

5th warning= Perm-banned or banned for a month!

And for the staff, most people do want it back, POWER TO THE COMMUNITY! :D

P.S Let's not start any fights or the thread will get locked :/
 
Dude... Someone will just lock this thread anyway... Before the staff said that you shouldn't keep suggesting things about bringing RP back, it'll just be locked, since it's about RP, and really, there is a very small fraction of a percentage that the RP server would be brought back, and since EW is joining with CW, it'll all be about minigames all on one server :D

There are too many reasons why we shouldn't host a Roleplaying server. And yes, pretty much everybody counts in with those reasons.
 
I like the idea of bringing back Role Play it sounds fun it closed before I got a chance to join it
but even if it did come back your system isn't that good.
 
None of you remember (nor were there), the good old days of the ancient Empire War Role-play server. Now that was fun. :)
 
I have to say that most of the old role play community has really gone off in different directions. Some have followed akam and michealrov to some server, and everybody led some to another. The rest of the groups, really died off, which there were not many of. It really sucks that they forced the server to come out so early, some of the elven city not even done. Really there was no lore to see of, and no one was ready for how many applicationsthey got for the server. They werent staffed well enough to handle and monitor the servers both at the same time. And they werent strict enough with the rules; i gone banned from onee rp server for a week, for unrp like mining. And yes, while the server may be gone forever most likely, we will always have the memories of it.

It wasn't exactly our fault, the main reason was financial. But again if that aspect is fixed it is theoretically possible to bring it back.

Around 2/3 of the old RP community is held in small chunks one way or another. Ilthilien still exists btw on another server, msg me for more details as I wont advertise here. Unfortunately (and I must be perfectly honest here) the EW Rp server was way better in many aspects, for example the map, the staff, the community (the server I am on has nowhere near the numbers as EW RP). Blackfyre again exists in all but name on another server. Putting together everything will be extremely quick. And don't forget the siege server although it isn't rp.

Akam and I had a decent shot at another RP server. We nearly succeeded, we were able to found a city there with members from the old RP community and was nearly able to open a 2nd, but thanks to extreme incompetency and ill circumstances it eventually failed (I won't name names here). Had that worked most of the EW RP community would have stayed together.

Stop asking for RP back, unless you want us to stop working on other stuff too.
