Honestly, the head makes it look like a shape shifting demon.
But wait, theirs no name tag, which means that it is taken in 3rd dimension by using f5 this is the picture of someone who took a pic of them selves. Once again, Sherlock fire solves the mystery

*Moriarty struts out from the shadows* Aha! But this picture was not taken in F5, the head is not perfectly in the middle of the screen! Also, is it just pure coincidence that the 'lotrloz' figure is standing in the same position and block as when players join the server? It seems it was just an afk lotrloz and a player in a girl skin being mixed together, a cruel joke nothing more. You see Sherlock, I have out riddled you again. (Reading through threads I haven't read to finally clear the forums, it's gonna take me a while)
