I forget if this was a thing when they took away the shout box, but are we supposed to write a new forum post whenever the servers are down for us? Like the server is down for me right now, says that the Authentication servers are down for maintenance when I try to log in, but there is no longer a shout box for me to share this information to.
So, this is a 2 part post
1. I am unable to connect to siege right now, are the servers down in some way? or has anyone receive this Authentication servers are down message before?
2. The shout box should be re-implemented for players. Idk why it was taken down in the first place, it was a very helpful tool that was mostly used responsibly, to say when servers are down, or when there is a server wide announcement to make. If spamming was the problem, we could have a 1 message per hour limit on the shout box.
It doesn't seem like such a big thing to add, so I don't see why it was removed.
