So recently I wanted to buy Sage and when I was attempting to via iPad and PC it wouldn't allow me

A red '!' Appeared with the words: 'You cannot purchase from this site'

I do not know what's going on with it but it might be because someone else bought my 'VIP-Lord' rank and it will not allow me to purchase from my own wireless device?

Could someone please help me?
 
It's because you attempted to charge back 10€ (VIP) on 22 Dec '14 08:28, it prevents you from buying so you won't try to scam the system again. I don't know the background of this since it's quite long ago, so mind explaining?
 
I'm confused I only wanted to ever buy from the shop during January to now but had troubles in doing so.

The player who bought me VIP (I forgot his IGN) gave it to me as a random class win. Maybe he tried to refund himself or something. Or maybe it was my own doing of accidentally trying to refund a class when I wanted to buy ELITE.
And I don't know for fact how to charge back? I thought the store was 'no refunds' type?

Could the system be fixed for me please?
 
It is risky letting someone do that. I had a server where someone went around getting everyone IP banned by charging back. It was a horrible dark side and I believe that that has certainly happened here. Best of luck Aasim, I'm sure Tim will realise the error and help you out.

I attempted to buy Sage once more and have had no success upon the store with the same attributed warning.
