This is Sjoerdtim's response to your thread. You see, what the biggest problem is, is that it just isn't clear. You're spamming the whole bloody thread together, and persons who only check the forums every 20 minutes have to go through 20 pages just to reach where you guys are at that moment.

Now, I've just a few suggestions for you people. First of all, just make one simple thread, and allow everyone to post one move, till everyone has had a move, then the other people may make another move. Sure, it make take a while when everyone has had turn, but it atleast keeps the thread a whole lot more tidy.

The second one is quite simple. When I saw the Siege of Erebor and the latest thread, I see that people often have quite some allies. What was one of the reasons why WO1 happened? Exactly, alliances. Just allow everyone to have like 1 ally.

Only one ally would be unrealistic, but we will try to prevent domino affects. And yes I was seeing this too. Beep's thread even said PLEASE KEEP TO RP and literally 5% of it was rp because everybody gets into freaking fights like noobs. We should have an rp thread and an ooc thread.
 
Honestly.. We shouldn't even spam the Damn forums with this.. Just have a HUGE MSG chat thing, like with Enjin messages,
Basically, 4 Messages/Chats, 1st one would be called "Pre-battle" It would be getting alliances and allies in order, and everything like that. Then we would have an OOC Message chat, and then RP message chat. Then you could have one other thread for each side that would have plans so the other team doesn't know about..
 
Who agrees with me that the Bards should do this.. and then Once we are done, we can just post a SUPER HUGE thread on the forums so everyone can see.
 
Cookie, that is always the goal, but that's really not possible to happen because no one stays in character, and no one is active 100% of the time so we can't accurately do a turn based system, unless everybody waited for the person to come back. I would want that to happen, but people get impatient
 
I do like the idea of doing wars in Messages tho, with a IC message and OOC message. That way we don't spam forums, and in the end we can present the war as a story or something so everyone knows what happened

Actually, because everyone has 1 turn everyday, you don't need to be that active. And well, if someone can't post, he's simply kicked. That way you only continue with active people.
 
Cookie's Idea IS harsh.. but people have lives........................ We could have someone do it in place of them.. but they would be butthurt because they may have done a stupid move.
 
I move the DMs pass an act allowing them to take full control of any inactive factions if it is imperative that they act.
