Team Switching Points

As you're probably aware, there used to be an old system where if teams were unbalanced, a message would pop up in chat stating that players switching to the losing team would be rewarded with 25 points. For some reason this system is no longer in place and team balancing is now suffering because of this. Once a team starts to lose, some players just switch to the winning team leaving the losing team in the dust with no players wishing to help it out. The only way teams are rebalanced is through bribery and staff moving players against their will.

If this old system is implicated then there will be a new incentive for players to balance out the teams and make the gameplay a lot more enjoyable for everyone. Maybe the points will increase over the course of the game if nobody is switching, but as a bear minimum we need this old system back.

I would vote "maybe" on this. [user avatar="https://cravatar.eu/helmavatar/sjoerdtim/74.png" name="sjoerdtim"]960266[/user] removed points with switching because at the time he and the staff team felt that

a) points were too easy to get
b) it was too easily abusable

However, I'm am definitely pro re-adding the message encouraging them to switch, but not so sure about the points. I'll talk to the staff about that.

I personally think that retaining score would be good when switching teams. Often times I feel that I would like to switch teams, but I don't because I would lose my mvp status that game.
