the making of a report.

a normal VIDEO report for me takes about this long:
being sure someone hacks: 2 minutes
getting video proof 4-8minutes
exporting video: 5 minutes
uploading to YT 15 minutes
making thread 2 minutes.
so this takes half an hour per report (thats pretty dan long)
so today i have seen like 5 hackers. this is IMPOSSIBLE to report all, that would take me 2.5 hours
if i get 20 euro for every report i make i would make a living O.o
but i want to get to the point: its impossible for us to report everyone, just becuz of the huge amount of people. this means WE NEED STAFF 24/7 on to check for hackers, and bann them!
this isnt always the case, because the staffmember have lives O.o (duh ;3)
maybe some trusted member to help out our staff banning people and warning them for misbehaviour.

ps. i just want to help because the server is loaded of hackers, spammer and players talking dutch. AND I DONT have the intention to be disrespcetfull. to the staff, especially tim, for his hard work the past months, making new mas, dealing with eula, and the most important thing EVER having fun :)

yes this server has problems about people getting away with breaking rules and people speaking dutch. I think that the server needs to improve that way.
 
The forum says we have 6 mods, 2 admins, and 1 owner. We still are unable to cover all playing hours due to different timezones. Covering every single playing hour is a bit hard, but we could try to get a few more staff that will be online when others are not.
 
Well, I've been a supporter of adding more staff for a long while, and I can only agree at the moment. Especially now when we've 80+ people on the whole day.
 
I'd suggest getting some trusted people with the title helper with the powers to mute, and kick da bad guys off the server.

nd the other is never on or i think that is the host man thingi or something like that :3
tim alreadytold me chat mods didnt work, they werent taking serious as mod and they abused powers.

Make a pre/chat mod thing: (Can kick players, "keep players on hold" which means if they hack you can keep make them able to be online but do nothing ingame until a staff member arrives, 30 minute "hold" limit, and mute players.)

There is already a Pre-mod rank, which can only mute and kick ;P



If you want my opinion, just add a few Pre-mods. Out of just being pure human, they will be active so that they can earn the mod title. So you get active moderators and get rid of rule-reaking persons ;3!

I played that game for like 10 minutes and then quit because it was so stupid -_-
 
Perhaps make another title FJ, I think that replacing it with a title including; ''staff, new moderators etc'' would be better.
