The Return of the Bards

It has been a long time since, the name "Bard" has been used to describe such a player. But alas, some things only disappear to return later on in due time. Therefore I announce the return of the Order of the Bards, hopefully, in its full glory. While many of the original bards still play, I believe it is necessary to restart with new members, as well as old. Thus, I have made an application for all to fill out if they wish to apply and become one with this great group of story writers and truth seekers. If you were a bard previously, you still have to apply, but original bards will be given priority of course. The form is pretty self explanatory, however if you have questions, please message me privately through Enjin. I hope the bards can be as successful as ever, and that Empire War can emerge in a new era after today!

Cool_col, I marvel at this. Absolutely amazing! You will resurrect the Bards in a month if you keep up your energy like this!
 
By the side of a road near the Whispering Wood, there is an inn. In this inn, smoke and smell hang heavy in the air, while drinks slosh and chairs scrape. Men compete to be heard like monkeys compete over fresh-fallen fruit. By the hearth is a man whose pock-marked and scarred face is covered by a leather mask. In it are feathers and strings of ribbon. He is Baptista, an actor. It has been a long time since he came to this inn, a long time since he told a story. But now, with the words and the lute, he strikes up a tune and begins to sing. He sings of dragons, of lovers, of uncles who murdered their kin, of unfaithful queens and of faeries and fields, of forests called Arden and wife-slaying Moors. Of poisons and daggers and bodkins and swords. Of shipwrecked lovers and face-painted whores. Of angst-spewing lovers and identical twins. Of letters and hopes that are chucked in the bin.
The bards return!

Haha, nice. Seeing as you were second to Lord Beepbobit as well, I see no reason for you to have to apply.
 
Col, you might have a problem.
A lot of people here never heard the original purpose of the Bards, not even me. The only thing I could find is the post in the order of the bards forum, which probably is a modified and more suitable description of the original purpose.
So, many people don't know it.
 
To be honest, i think that like 90% of the people thats gonna apply, have never even talked to beep? and if not even a original bard like riko knows it... i think most people will get it wrong.

Since when was Riko a bard? jeez I don't check this server for a year and suddenly it's like I don't know anything

Also hasn't beep been gone for longer than I have? like over a year?

I've seen him when the map was Osgiliath shit loads time ago, but I do believe it was less than a year.

i would say that his inactivity started over a year ago, he has sometimes been on tho, for example he made me bard initiate (or something) on build and gave me the compendium.

and riko... im pretty sure he even has a chair in the original bards HQ

Same here :P I'm just excited for the stories, they truly are amazing! It doesn't necessarily matter who gets in or not anyways, or if they've met beep or not, the important thing is that this fabulous group has re-arisen.

im talking about the fact that no1 really knows what beep said about the original purpose
