After the death of Léoden, his nephew Léomer took up the throne. Only after a mere two months, he had already ventured North to City of Dale, although not knowing of Mirkwood's danger and mystery. He travelled alone, for he did not want any company on his trip. He entered Mirkwood alone. He ventured through, until he was ambushed by a spider. Saenathra was her name. She took him and put him into a webbed cocoon. He was unconscious for three days, and the Wizard, Radagast the Brown, was also hanging up there, but he was very much alive. Radagast managed to escape, for he was too sneaky for Saenathra, and his rusterbell rabbits too fast. Léomer soon woke up, and struggled to get down. He tried biting through the silky web, yet it did not help him. Saenathra then pulled down her prey, just about to eat it, but at that moment, the Wizard returned, this time fully prepared, he had slain Saenathra, but left immediately without any speech shared between Léomer and him. Léomer then tried to follow the Wizard to his home, but he had lost track very easily, and his horse had been eaten by the great spider. He soon got very lost, not knowing where he was walking, and he started to have very strange illusions and he saw very mysterious things. Léomer then saw his horse in an illusion, and Léoden too. He followed the illusion of Léoden, which jumped into a black river, so then Léomer followed the mysterious figure. He soon became faint, and climbed back out on the shore of the river and fell asleep, without knowing of Saenathra's spawn searching for the escapees. They hunted Léomer, and took his body to the Old Fortress, or Dol Guldur. The destroyed fortress was regaining strength under Khamul the Easterling, one of the Nine Riders. His operations were in secret, and he gutted Léomer with his blade, which was of Morgul make, yet this sword was different. This sword did not make Léomer into a wraith, it had but transferred Léomer's spirit into Khamul's body, and the spirit of Khamul was free, and he did not serve the Dark Lord no more. Léomer did not remember anything, for he had changed... He was now a ringwraith, The Lord of the Nine, a Nazgul. He was Leo1326, the greatest of all Nine Ringwraiths, not quite the Witch-King, but he had been killed in the Battle of the Pellenor Fields by Léowyn, Léomer's sister.
THAT'S how I become a ringwraith, and forever will be!
