I would really like the trapper class to see the light of day. it has been proposed but i dont know to what extent the mechanics have been, so here is my attempt:
Trapper class would be represented by various classes across all maps. Traps would be purchasable by points in a market. certain classes could deploy it, classes that are in my opinion needing some love. those include classes like town guard on laketown, for orcs would probably need a new class. Ithilien soldier, goblin mercenary, etc. it would be fine to create a new class, but it would be faster to implement traps and have existing classes deploy it.
Trap ideas:
Slowness 3 or 4 for a short time and maybe 3 to 4 hearts of pure damage (bear trap)
Poison 2 for standard duration and maybe even a slow 1
A trap that once triggered is fire and burns victim (this would be perfect for uruk torcher, that class needs some love too imo)

and also that one trap where u step on something and get pulled up in the air i have an idea for how that would work you would levitate that came out in like mc 1.11 and you would levitate 4 or 5 blocks above the ground not enough to kill u for fall damage but being frozen in the air for a few seconds leaves you vulnerable to arrows
Cost for traps: I think 10 points for a single trap, or something like 50 points for traps for the map or class for the day (i.e. whenever you can play mercenary you get poison traps)
