Votifier not working

Votes are not working if multiple people vote off the same network. Whenever I vote on either of the three sites after another person has voted(on the same network as me) it always says that I voted a certain amount of time ago when I haven't voted for days and days.

Is it possible for this to be fixed?

Sadly we cannot fix this - me and my bro have the same problem... These voting sites just allow you"re IP
1 time a day to vote.
