Cost and why he is called pointmaster 5000 to unlock, and every time he restocks he loses 1 point

armour:: iron chest, leather boots and legs

Weapons and buffs: bow with pow 3, unbreakable, slowness 1

Cost and why he is called pointsniper evry time he restocks he loses one point in addition to costing 4000 points
