What is the First kit someone should get?

I'm playing nazgul very often so sorry i really have to state my opinion :P

Are you retarded dude? Nazgul's hitbox is so damn large, most of the time people are just hitting air and you get hurt.

Speaking about damage done, did you know that 4 hits with a sword or 2 mage fireballs kill us? And that with our massive hitbox and disguise we are targeted by everyone? You loose so much damage trying to get a kill, that you don't even regen it back. YOU HAVE OBVIOUSLY NOT EVEN PLAYED NAZGUL.

Either you are just retarded or like saying bullcrap about classes you HAVE NEVER EVEN PLAYED, both are really childish and I hope you don't continue acting like an immature 4 year old.

Nazgul is weak and you can't compare it to the movie one. You really can get easily killed if you don't act right.
I think hte only retarded is someone who wants to make nazgul even more OP for getting infinite kills cuz he caant use the class. Nazgul regens on kills, if u have a small brain , the size of a nut you get 100 kills with it
Infinity kills, yes it's possible, but only when there are no or a few vets or op players are online and you still have to try to avoid them when you are at low health.
Dyl, your statement is horrendously incorrect. Damage from a wooden sword is about 1 heart, and regen is only 1.5 hearts. You do the math. all an ARCHER has to do is hit twice with wooden sword and you have lost hearts. Please explain where 100 kills comes from?
Maybe think before you attack? Don't attack an archer in a group of soldiers, they may hit you xD

Just avoid the losernachs and mages and you are fine to get atleast a 30 killstreak.

Nazgul isn't op or underpowered. If the player is good they can get large streaks, if they suck they get bad streaks, either way there is a 15 minute cooldown and a 25k cost. If you work hard to get better, the class will be awesome.

Remember, this isn't a Naz thread peeps. In any event, I'm sure a relatively new person would not go for the most expensive class in the game first. I'd suggest a class that doesn't cost too much but is still enjoyable to play as, even if it is only on 1 map. As others have said, I particularly recommend Royal Guard. It is somewhat cheap, gets the job done, and is on 3 maps.

this guy knows what's up

well i really recommend to buy hammerer. You can use it on moria gold and moria halls and compared to bone breaker at any time of the battle.

I got nazgul 1 week ago and I got a 100ks on it. You have to be smart, don't go for mages or loss, go for archers that's were 90% of a naz kills SHOULD come from, and when u are confident enough you can take out mages and loss, Domink was my 50 kill and I lost 7 hearts from it but I got it back. Naz is easy if you are smart about it .

I would say that these are the 5 classes you should get first:
1: Royal Guard (easy and on lots O' maps!)
2: Hammerer (it's pretty fricken beast)
3: Gundabad (much flag... Very point...)
4: Crossbow (Many a Mage has challenged me... Many a mage has lost...)
5:Nazgûl ("I feel like I'm flying Jack!" -Titanic)

This is the order you should follow... I believe that's at least one class for every map, besides Isen.

I'm not sure if anyone's brought this up, but we don't have kits on EW, they are called classes.

1. Royal Guard, not too expensive and lots of maps
The rest idk, but this thread gives you almost all the info on classes: http://www.empirewar.org/forums/m/5312442/viewthread/15498739-class-information

Hammerer is a good choice, strong and 2 maps. Citadel is very strong, on 2 maps but only limited parts. Gundabad is good, plus it's on Erebor which means lots-o-capping. Crossbow is a super long range high damage low armour low melee slow reload class, 1-hits mages, not a bad class. Loss is super duper strong, but only 1 map and more expensive. Nazgul should be a goal of yours. 3 maps, super duper strong with enough practice, you can fly, but 25k points.

I guess that's my fatal flaw. i'm not patient, and there seem to be fewer and fewer noobs around to kill...

Mages are fine if you can get them before they can hit you with a fireball, Loss are the worlds nazgul biggest no-no. Archers are easy, very easy to dodge arrows. Avoid people melee people paying attention to you, actively trying to kill you, and classes with weapons that do more than iron sword sharp 1.

Instead of getting Nazgul, get Balrog. SUPER OP. The only problem being it's only one one map.
I'd say bonebreaker is a good class for fun. IT IS pretty easy to get kills with it, but it's only useful on two flags of one map.
For hammerer, it's a decent upgrade. I like it the best when the orcs push all the way to the Great Stairs, because then you wreck them.
Losser is only on one map, and you have to get used to fighting with slowness.
Royal Guard isn't exactly an upgrade, it's more of a change of play-style. You get higher dmg, but less defense.
Crossbow is fun, and OP. You just need to know key sniping spots. It's also on the most popular map.
Elven Archer. The more I play crossbow, the less I seem to notice them.
Ithilien Ranger. Because of the jump boost, it's easier to get around the Osgiliath terrain and reach the best sniping spots.

Actually I think it's slightly higher damage, and marginally higher defence for Royal. We discussed this at one point and I'm pretty sure it has barely more armour than a soldier.
Dude stop saying nazgul suck for GOD SAKE
A CLASS THAT FLIES, AND INSTA KILLS EVERYONE BY GRABBING THEM AND DROPPING IS OP. YOU GUYS JUST WANT IT MORE AND MORE BUFFED INSTEAD OF USING IT AS IT IS!

My god guys... You almost making me edit that video where Hitler rages at his commanders to make it me raging about people saying nazgul sucks and that they want it buffed.

Forum ban for 1 week.

Whining at us for the dozenth time about NazGûl, calling player retarded and immature 4 year old. If anyone is an immature 4 year old, it's you.

This thread is just people discussing about Naz... Dood. 1. Royal guard 2. Dwarven hammerer. *lock request*

What some of you guys have forgot to mention is elven archer which is (if used correctly) pretty dang op. Its like an archer with the power three bow enchant on it with out uying the upgrade for a limited time.

Crossbow's on 1 map only, even though it's a super long range easy to use class for camping, Royal is on more maps.

good first classes ( in my experience)
bonebreaker
royal guard
Hammerer
Lossie
1/2 troll

In any order... these are all OP starter classes.
