When did i hack?

I got banned without reason. Not my fault if people become salty when killed. Moreover, the day i got banned Tobberz was spectating, and i can't understand when he saw me "hacking".
Staff needs proof to ban someone, since the mod who banned me for "autoclicker" is not competent.
I've been playing empire war for 1 year and 6 months, and nothing has changed. "ShIXHacks"
 
When Shix has been banned, I and people who were killed by him, said that he wasn't hacking but Tobberz was just ignoring us.

Don't post things like this on reports, it isn't useful.

Not exactly the best way to go about a report, but I'll talk to Tim.
 
Not my fault if this forum doesn't have a ban-appeal,section. Moreover there is no need of speaking to the owner, admitting that you made a mistake would be mature, like a mod should be.

You misunderstand how appeals work. It is a consultation with other staff members, and in this case, the owner.
And I repeat, insulting the person who banned you isn't the best way to get back on the server.
 
It's complete nonsense that you call Tobberz an incompetent mod, because he reports you for hacking.
Myself, I know Tobberz spent HOURS watching you, because he didn't want to ban without being absolutely sure.
By insulting Tobberz, you're reducing your appeal chances. Just because we don't have a ban appeals forum doesn't mean you should start insulting staff, you might as well post a proper appeal here, while explaining why you didn't break the rules, disagree/agree with the ban, and describe more about the circumstances of the ban with or without proof. If you don't do this, appeal is useless.
 
Considering that i donated to old EW, the last year i was always the top voter every month to help the server grow and maybe the most active player with decent stats, would I start hacking? Does it make sense?
I say everything here, and i don't want to write it again.

(sry for post) , but your clicking on first video doesnt looks legit (0:02-0:06)(for me) , if you recorded your clickingpersecond with your hand ,i MAYBE would believe that you are not hacking (but its only my opinion)

Although I see your point, I still find it hard to judge whether or not you are guilty. I trust Tobberz judgement, but it is very easy to mistake extremely good pvp with hacks. The fact that you donated and voted a lot does not exclude you from being suspected, but I do see your point. I'll leave it to Tobberz to decide whether or not to remove, reduce or keep the ban.
 
This time I will give you the benefit of the doubt. However, you must realise that appealing this way is a sure way to convince us otherwise.

Your videos don't convince me completely either, as Miho points out. I know full well there are ways of hiding hacks, and your clicking doesn't sound entirely legitimate.

You must realise that this was not a simple decision on my part, and that we have been watching you for a very long time - and will certainly continue to do so.
