Why we need to have chat offense report's need more evidence

You know people show cropped images of peoples texts with offensive or unallowed messages
Well the problem is, This can be fake, See, In this image, Using /tellraw, I Made a fake msg from gundabad1

See, Its fake, And i can make it look like ANYONE said it, Like i made it seem like ender nicky said it,

so we need the full img, or else they can simply do that and make it seem like someone said a offensive msg when its fake
